Hi, we’re John and Shannon Christensen, owners of Clover Valley Electric. After earning my bachelor’s in electrical engineering, I (John) spent years consulting for utility companies before realizing I missed working directly with people and solving real-world challenges. That’s when Shannon and I started Clover Valley Electric — a locally owned company serving Duluth and the North Shore with honesty, expertise, and genuine care for our community.

With more than 15 years in the electrical industry, we understand how important trust, safety, and clear communication are for every project. Our mission is simple: deliver high-quality electrical work that’s safe, efficient, and fairly priced. Whether upgrading an old panel or connecting a new home to the grid, we want every customer to feel confident from start to finish.

Outside of work, we enjoy time with our family and manage a small fruit farm, growing strawberries and expanding into apples. When we’re not troubleshooting designs or digging trenches, you’ll find us outdoors — taking in everything that makes the North Shore such a great place to live.
